ARCBRITE PICKLING & PASSIVATION GEL FOR STAINLESS STEEL + BRUSH
ARCBRITE is used to remove the black oxide marks or burn scale left during welding of stainless steel.

DIRECTION FOR USE :
A. Brush weld area with stainless steel brush.
B. Apply ARCBRITE with bristle brush.
C. After 10-45 minutes rinse off with water, Application time will depend on grade and thickness of
stainless steel.

NOTE :
1. Wear gloves and goggles, avoid spillage or splashes.
2. Replace lid on container and store unpright in a cool, dry area away from direct sun and heat.

FEATURE : for the cleaning oxide scale and heat tint and make passivation treatment to improve he
appearance and corrosion resistant ability of the stainless steel.
SUITABLE FOR : Industries as chemical, food , dyeing & pharmacy machineries, pressure vessel making
and drying equipment, chemical equipment & its installation, etc, ested & approved by
ASTM-A380 standard.
HOW TO USE : (Shake before) using gel on the welding seams and surrounding areas with a nylon
plastic bristle brush, leave the gel on it for about 10-15 minutes depending on the
thickness of oxide scale. then wash surface throughly.
